Wholesales Returns Processing

These are your tasks:

  • Handling of key account / business customer complaints (direct contact with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and service partners)
  • Review requests according to guidelines and approve accordingly
  • Inspection of the returned goods for functionality and any defects indicated by the customer.
  • Complaining about defective and damaged goods to manufacturers, service partners and suppliers (for credit, replacement, repair)
  • Create credit notes for customers
  • Requesting credit notes from suppliers
  • Meet and verify deadlines during case processing and make appropriate requests for credit memos


These are your tasks:

  • The goods receipt inspection
  • Packing, checking and putting away of incoming goods
  • Processing of orders for our online orders
  • The proper storage of our products by means of MDE device
  • The structuring and development of our warehouse
  • The proper preparation of our goods for shipment
  • The transport of our goods by means of industrial trucks
  • The proper picking and packing of our products
  • You have a floor transport license

These are your tasks:

  • Entry and processing of domestic and foreign customer orders
  • Planning and deadline tracking of orders and framework agreements
  • Commercial processing of complaints and returns
  • Processing and receiving customer inquiries (e.g. delivery date, price information, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces (sales, technology, accounting, logistics)
  • Performing general office and administrative activities (e.g., document archiving, customer master data maintenance, etc.)
